Had an e-mail from Nick, Kathleen's husband. Her Dad is still in hospital but doing ok.
Kathleen had a bad fall on her way into the hospital this afternoon! Nothing is broken but she is bruised and shaken up and has been told to rest. I'm sure she'll be back on here as soon as she's feeling better.
Doreen xx

Just popping on here briefly, to say thank you for all your support, and for the many messages of good wishes for my dad. He`s doing quite well now, though he`s running a temperature, which is a bit of a nuisance. He`s being very well looked after, which is a big plus. It`s tiring going backwards and forwards, but needs must. As Doreen kindly told you, I had a nasty fall yesterday, right outside A & E, and was hauled to my feet by Nick and a couple of paramedics. After further X-rays today, it now seems as if I may have chipped a bone in my wrist, and have to go back to the clinic on Wednesday.Dad may be home by then, we don`t know yet. Thanks to all of you, and especially Doreen, for helping me out with messages. God bless this forum, and all who post here! Off to bed now, as totally knackered, with a big swollen knee and a big swollen wrist!! Kathleen x
